Sunset Rocks 2010 Directors’ Hike

This is a loop trail, with part of it on AT. Large bolder rocks, wet spots and stream crossings. Break at Tom’s Run AT shelter. After hike, we encourage you to stay and enjoy swimming area at Fuller Lake and perhaps stay and have a picnic. MEET at Sovereign Bank near Boscov’s at the Camp Hill Mall, Rt.

Spiral Path Farm, one of our project properties CPC hold an easement on, is an organic CSA located in Perry County. They are hosting a fundraiser on their farm on Saturday, July 26 from 9am - 3:30pm. We need kitchen helpers and servers as well as folks to help with parking, staffing our booth and cleaning up. The 15^th annual Nature and Arts Festival is set for July 25 from 6-10pm and July 26 from 9am-4pm, set along the gorgeous Susquehanna River at MYO Park in Millersburg, PA. Hosted by the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art, the event will include wildlife experts, student performances, dance performances, art exhibits, a MAD Dogs Disc Dog demo, and kid’s activities. Nice section of the AT with some rugged rock sections on the ridge top. Break at the Hertlein Campsite—great place to explore, with a swimming hole. MEET ONLY at Route 22, off exit 934 and 81 (Indiantown Gap exit) in parking area near overpass bridge for Rt. 22. Leader
